Slapjack
- Objective: Win all 52 cards.
- Setup: 2-8 players. Deal the entire 52-card deck evenly, face down. Players keep their cards in a pile without looking.
- Gameplay: Starting to the dealer's left, each player takes a turn flipping the top card of their deck *away* from them (so they don't see it first) onto a central face-up pile.
- Slap the Jack!: When a Jack is played onto the central pile, *all* players must try to be the first to 'slap' (place their hand) on top of the pile.
- Winning the Pile: The *first* player to slap the Jack wins the entire central pile and adds it to the bottom of their own deck.
- Penalty: If a player slaps the pile when the top card is *not* a Jack, they must give one card from their deck (face down) to the player who just played the non-Jack card. This card is added to the bottom of that player's deck.
- Running Out: If a player runs out of cards, they are not out. They can stay in the game and try to 'slap in' on a Jack to win the pile and get back in the game.
- Winning: The game ends when one player has collected all 52 cards.
