President
- Objective: Be the first player to get rid of all your cards. This makes you 'President' for the next round.
- Setup: 4-8 players. Deal the entire 52-card deck (Jokers optional, as wild) as evenly as possible.
- Card Rank (Low to High): 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K, A, 2. (The 2 is the highest, 'clearing' card).
- Gameplay: The player with the 3 of Clubs (3♣) starts the first 'trick' by playing it.
- Playing Cards: You must play a card (or set of cards) that is *equal to or higher* in rank than the card(s) played before you. You can play singles (a 7), pairs (two 7s), or triples (three 7s). You *must* follow the set type (e.g., only a pair can be played on a pair).
- Passing: If you cannot or choose not to play, you 'pass'. You cannot play again until the current trick is over.
- Winning a Trick: The trick continues around the table until *all* players pass in a row. The last person to play a card wins the trick and starts the next one with any card(s) they choose.
- The 2: A 2 (or set of 2s) is the highest card. It can be played on anything (of the same set type) and 'clears' the pile, winning the trick instantly. The player who played the 2 starts the next trick.
- Ranks: Players finish in order: President (1st out), Vice-President (2nd out), ... Scum/Asshole (last player).
- Next Round: The Scum must give their best 2 cards to the new President, who gives back *any* 2 cards. The Vice-President and 'Vice-Scum' (second-to-last) exchange 1 card. The new Scum (player with the 3♣) starts.
